Stripe processing fees on guest upsells (~2.9% + $0.30). SMS messages run through your hosted plan; usage stays under most hosts’ trial volume.

Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Each booking gets a unique link — guests open it on whatever phone they already have. No signup, no install.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
Every answer has a confidence score. Below threshold or for urgent topics (lockouts, leaks, broken appliances, safety), the question gets forwarded to you by SMS along with what the AI tried to say.
Does it work with Vrbo / Booking.com?
Anything that exports an iCal URL works. Airbnb and Vrbo both do. PMS integrations (Hospitable, Hostaway, Guesty) are on the roadmap.
How do nightly upsells work exactly?
Once a day Host Perch checks your iCal. If the night after a guest checks out is empty, it texts them an offer at your set price (or a discount you specify). They pay via Stripe Checkout; you get a text confirmation; you block the night on Airbnb manually. Two-way calendar write coming later.
Can I upload how-to videos?
Yes. Each section accepts a short uploaded video (up to 50MB) or a YouTube / Vimeo / Loom link. Great for sauna controls, fireplace lighting, hot tub instructions — anything that's faster to show than describe.
